No Returns or Exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges on any products, except in cases where the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.


Damaged or Defective Items

If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. To assist with your claim, include the following information:

  • Order number
  • Detailed description of the issue
  • Photos of the damaged or defective item

Once your claim is reviewed and approved, we will provide a replacement or issue store credit at our discretion.


Order Cancellations

Orders cannot be canceled once they are placed. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
